There once was a shepherd who lived in the hills near Bethlehem...? But this shepherd was surly and unhappy because he was lame and could only walk with crutches. So he kept to himself, tending the fire...until the amazing night when the angel voices led the other shepherds away to Bethleem, leaving him alone on the hillside.
