The problem of lefthandedness confronts parents, kindergarten teachers, class teachers, therapeutic eurythmists, and doctors. If the changeover to righthandedness, especially for writing, is to be attempted, one needs to find an individual solution for each child. Rudolf Steiner gave fundamental indications for "changing over" at conferences for Waldorf school teachers and at lectures, in which he provided important insights for recognizing qualitative differences between the right and left in the human form and in space. Through a variety of explanations, educators are able to learn about the many different aspects inherent in this issue.
