中文說明	如果一個人沉思在所有運動和生活中的精神性，那麼色彩多變且多樣的世界便成為一個完整的世界。而逐漸的，在他的身上將產生我稱之為對世界的星辰性理解，然後，所有可見的顏色將都成為世界精神性的啟示。 ---魯道夫。史代納 18th May, 1923 , 奧斯陸色彩，從哥德到史代納的研究開啟了我們新的視野，色彩不再只是波長，他更是轉化我們的意識進入不同層次的大門。然而這個大門卻不是可以輕易跨越的，適當的方法和不懈的鍛鍊是必要的條件。在諸多依照史代納的色彩方法進行探索的藝術家中，華格納先生(Gerard Wagner)是其中極受肯定的一位。他一生的創作將史代納關於從色彩進入新的理解的過程發揮的淋漓盡致。而這樣的經驗也匯聚成他獨特的作畫方式，一種從色彩的感受與冥想出發，一點一滴地找尋新的色彩正確加入的方式，以精煉的對色塊運動的知覺，決定該有的形狀與份量，再繼續加入下一個顏色，而整個的過程強烈的要求並鍛鍊著畫者對色彩的新知覺。 Van James先生是少數被列為可以傳授華格納畫法的弟子之一，經過多年的自我鍛鍊，與在華德福學校教授藝術課程的經驗，創造了這本接近童話的色彩鍛鍊小書：『都是從藍開始』，讓孩子和大人都有對色彩不同層次的體驗。從故事中，孩子可以看到活生生的圖像在色彩的對話中自然的產生，進入他們生命的最深處。而大人們也可以把他當作一本色彩鍛鍊的手冊，或讀或畫，把史代納所創發的靈性道路，通過色彩，進入每一位讀者的心中。為了”善美真藝術祭”推出的新書，是一本豐富多采、滋養孩子心魂小書，也是一本人智學藝術鍛鍊者的專書，值得人人擁有一本。
