中文說明	本書簡介自遠古時代以來，人們就習慣藉由特定的鍛鍊方式獲致內心平衡。在這本小書中，由Klaus Adams護理師，Woldgang Rißmann醫師和Marko Roknic護理師所介紹的「心魂鍛鍊」源自人智學的知識，同時亦融入了佛教的正念傳統。心魂鍛鍊不僅在日常生活中就能自己練習，更可以運用於精神醫學與心身醫學的治療中。人智學的創始人魯道夫‧史代納(Rudolf Steiner)將之稱為：當代靈性鍛鍊的一種方法，並視之為日常生活的力量泉源。這些練習是為了所有關注自我內在發展、希望能更好地應對日常生活的人設計的。這些練習將強化我們的自信心與專注力。此外，心魂鍛鍊能幫助我們不輕易失控和沮喪。這也使其成為精神危機、精疲力竭（「過勞burn-out」）與身心疾病等治療工作理想的輔助之選。每天只要花5到10分鐘，透過這些實用又簡單的練習，將漸次深入，幫助我們活在當下，在生活中領會到心魂鍛鍊的益處，找到內在寧靜、和諧與平衡的自己，讓生命回到本然，重獲自由。
