說明	1919年，全球首座華德福學校成立，施泰納受邀為首批華德福教師進行一系列的演講。這系列演講為期兩週，在每日上午、下午與晚間密集進行。上午的演講講述人類靈性感官經驗之基礎，後集結為《作為教育學基礎的人的普遍智識》一書（GA293）；而下午的演講則在上午演講的基礎之上，探討運用在教育的方法學，集結為《教育藝術方法論──教學法》（GA294），亦即本書。本書為德文直譯版本，是根據1919年的演講紀錄及當年現場教師的筆記增補而成，忠實呈現施泰納人智學啟迪下的教育理念和圖像，實際深入探討華德福的教學與應用，可說是成為華德福教師的必備先修課程。呼應「人」的階段發展、結合藝術性的教學法而展日的華德福教育，其所闡明的自由精神與洞見，實為所有教師與家長的重要指引
