中文說明	親子互動是孩子健康的關鍵融合中醫與西方心理學，從人體能量原理，與體質、神質的鑑別說起，針對聽眾實例說明應對孩子生病的正確態度，延伸至日常生活型態調整、親子精神層面的互動，提供全方位的兒童照護建議。　　最重要的是：若家長能夠安心、靜心，孩子的身心健康狀態就會穩定。　　作者李辛具有中醫及心身醫學背景，本書是作者遊學期間在上海、北京、漢堡、柏林的多次關於兒童健康的專題講座。講解的內容包含：人體的三焦能量、體質虛實寒熱的鑑別、中醫心身一元論、疾病和內在心理運作模式；如何使用中草藥，常用艾灸、敷貼和按摩；體質和神質（定、散、清、濁）的關係；親子間的U形能量流動、與孩子的內心交流、調整孩子飲食的原則等。　　作者認為兒童的健康不僅限於身體層面，還包含心理情感模式、精神特質、家庭環境、生活方式、父母的認知與精神狀態、教育文化的觀念與方法，這些都是讓孩子健康成長的重要因素。除了說明兒童健康方面的常識外，作者也提醒家長要學會觀察，覺知自己的狀態，安頓好自己的身心，就更能給予孩子，讓孩子更健康。　　◎中醫所說的「體質」，是指「能量的特質」　　當人體能量失衡時，會呈現出各式各樣的問題。我們首先要做的，不是糾正一個個細節的偏差，而是要幫助人體的能量回歸到正常的狀態。　　◎辨清體質的九字真言　　有沒有：三焦能量的資源有沒有？　　通不通：經絡、臟腑等管道通不通？　　定不定：精神定不定？　　【附實用表格：三焦虛實自我評估表、增強體質的第一張處方、虛實寒熱體質判斷方法、三焦病鑑別及調理】　　◎疾病的「標」及「本」　　病有兩個部分，一個是病的標籤。那就是病有診斷、有病名，比如喘息性支氣管炎、肺炎、慢性食物過敏、鼻甲肥大、白血球減少等，這些都是現象、症狀、暫時的結果，我們稱之為「標」。　　另一個是病背後的原因，即病人的體質，我們稱之為「本」。在中醫來看，能量不夠、管道堵塞、氣機紊亂等，往往是這些病背後的原因，因為發生的位置不同、程度不同、組合不同而產生千變萬化的「病」。在這「本」之後，還有更深層的「本」，長期的飲食不當、不合理的作息、緊張、焦慮、壓力過大、情緒累積等，就像洋蔥，剝了一層，還有一層。　　中醫所說的「標」和「本」，「標」是現象，屬於物質層面；「本」是能量和資訊層面。身體沒有能量的時候，容易出現各種症狀，一旦能量運轉正常了，這些問題自然就解決了。中醫不是只考慮處理「標」，而是把視野擴大，找到一個點和整體的關係，在控制「標」的同時把體質調整好，永久地消除問題的癥結。　　在中醫看來，人體根據層次可以分成三個能量中心：最下面那圈稱之為下焦，是人體的深層部分，用以儲存精氣；中間的圈是中焦，就是要吃東西產生能量的部分；還有上焦，呼吸外來清氣，接受中焦輸布的水穀精微之氣，再輸送到全身。三焦不光是上、中、下位置的劃分，更應該看作外、中、內的劃分。　　大多數的問題其實是在能量層面。能量層面是肉體和精神層面之間的過渡。當我們的精神出現了一些小小的偏差，比如你不喜歡或拒絕某個人、事、物，這很常見，但如果你把這個不喜歡放在心裡或者緊緊抓住，一年、兩年、三年？即使是一個很輕微的東西，它也會對你的能量運轉產生一個很大的影響，最後會在肉體上形成一個結果。這部分在現代醫學也已經發現了，最常見的身心疾病有胃潰瘍、偏頭痛、皮膚病、高血壓、神經衰弱、失眠、甲狀腺等，這些都跟我們的精神或者內心有一個東西牢牢地抓住有關係。無論是你特別喜歡的，還是特別不喜歡的。　　◎中醫不只是治病的，而是調回常態的　　我們要忘掉所有的症狀，看他的基本狀態在哪裡。因為所有病的症狀和發展趨勢，都取決於人體的能量和管道。生病無非是神氣散亂、經絡堵塞、能量淤滯，然後在身體的薄弱環節按不同的程度和時刻爆發而已，等這些致病原因消除了，病就消失了。所以，不要擔心，都有恢復的機會。　　關鍵在於：第一，不要過度治療；第二，平時好好休養生息，吃正確的食物；第三，要合理運動，保持三焦的暢通。這是一切養生的基礎。　　所有的身心問題都可以先透過「放鬆」訓練來得到緩解。有效的治療不光是從物質層面著手，更要找到精神、心理、能量層面的源頭。比物質層面的補藥更重要的，是精神層面的補藥。　　◎家長與孩子的精神連結　　我們一般都會注意營養均衡，但一個生命能夠健康成長，最基本的要素不只是營養、乾淨的空氣、有能量的土地、健康的大樹和花草等，還有一個最重要的是「與父母精神的連結」。對於小孩子，尤其是一歲以內的孩子，他們的個人意識還沒有成形，跟父母的關係其實是合一的狀態。　　精神的連結和父母對孩子的關注力有很大的關係，這個關注力既不能太鬆又不能太緊。身為父母，重要的是創造條件，給予孩子適當的關注力，給予孩子一個相對穩定的、自由的環境，讓孩子漸漸成長為一個完整的自己，這樣的孩子就能夠解決他遇到的所有問題。　　我們所要學習的是，在孩子沒有大問題的時候，不要太緊張，去體會自己和孩子以及全家最舒服的狀態和節奏，一天能體會幾分鐘這樣的狀態，就能對你有很大的幫助。
